Headlihgt restoration kit,
This is a great item to restore those old headlights to a like new condition. I would highly recommend it anyone wanting that mirror like finish.

Polishes but doesn’t last,
Properly done, the polishing of the headlight will make it look new again. But the Plast-X polish doesn’t provide adequate protection
for the bare plastic of the headlight. Without the original factory coating or a substitute (they DO exist, but be warned, application is
not foolproof and it’s easy to mess up which is probably why they are not generally available), ultraviolet light will degrade the surface
of the polycarbonate headlight and it will go hazy in a short time, usually within a few weeks. Yes, you can polish it again…and again.

Works great!,
I saw this on sale at my local auto store so I thought I’d give it a try. Once I figured out that I needed my drill on high speed it worked great. I did need to do a few applications but they only took a couple of minutes and the headlights look like new! It sure beats buying replacement headlights. : – ))
