One possible way to do this? Reduce its 90 percent ownership stake in Ferrari through an IPO.

First Drive: 2011 Dodge Charger The good news is that Chrysler is alive and at least somewhat well, and that the new 2011 Dodge Charger eclipses the outgoing model in major ways. Could the 2011 Charger be enough to stoke the fire for a Dukes of Hazzard reunion

The corporate-owned dealership in LA will be the first store to sell the ultra-compact hatch when it re-opens in January of 2011. The dealership, which sells all Chrysler brands over three floors of space plus parking on the roof, will function as the test-bed for a myriad of different processes, displays, functions and furnishings

This new model will be based on Fiat architecture and is expected to debut near the end of 2011. No word has been given as to whether or not the new Dodge will rival B-segment offerings like the Ford Fiesta or C-segment vehicles like the newly introduced Hyundai Elantra

According to Olivier Francois, president and chief executive officer of the Chrysler brand, the company will show off the droptop version of the 200 at the 2011 New York Auto Show . Details are minimal so far, but we fully expect to see the car boast either the 2.4-liter four-cylinder or an optional 3.6-liter V6 (or both).
